Returns & Refunds

If you change your mind about your purchase you can return it to us within 7 days of the date of order for a full refund. Just drop us an email mail@ludoves.co.uk telling us why you wish to return the item(s). Please note, a refund will only be given if you can return the item in exactly the same condition which you received it. Any opened items or products which have been tampered with should not be returned to us as they will not be refunded.
